We have teamed up with Helen Todd for a special evening of Forest Bathing to start off your week right.
Join us for an immersive woodland experiences called Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing. In this session, Helen will invite participants to slow down, and deeply connect with nature through a series of sensory activities. Research shows these mindful forest experiences are beneficial for psychological wellbeing, while also fostering a reciprocal relationship with nature.
