Winter Wellbeing Round-Up November & December ❄️

In November we launched our Winter Wellbeing programme. To help us stay connected over the winter months, we have created a series of events for our community to enjoy. All of these events are available on a pay-as-you-can basis. This is to ensure that everyone can access activities that make them feel good. If you can pay for the activity then you will be helping us keep on providing good stuff for the community, and if you can't, don't worry - no questions asked.

We wanted to provide activities and events that spanned the whole of our organisation; from floristry to gardening and all the other good stuff in between. We have focussed on creating space to do things that make us feel good, wether that’s taking notice on a wellbeing walk, meeting other people from our community at a gardening morning, learning something new at a workshop, or moving our bodies at a yoga class. Every event is about keeping us feeling good throughout the colder months ahead.

November and December have been such great fun, so we wanted to share with you what’s been going on! We’ve still got loads planned for January, February and March so why not come along and get involved.
